We had two garage doors at two different properties with roller and bearing problems. Precision's crew was able to repair both on the same day. They called before coming, professionally inspected the doors and repaired the problems. They were very courteous, cleaned up the area when they were finished and gave me some clear instructions on lubrication and made some suggestions about rust prevention. I was completely satisfied with the results. Their pricing was competitive. The only difficulty encountered was with their computer system and providing detailed invoices which required me to make a couple of phone calls. Such things are not unexpected with a new company and the issues I reported were quickly and courteously handled (same day) and proper invoices were provided. I am altogether satisfied with the work Precision did and the courtesy and good character of their personnel. I will work with them again in the future.
