I called a few companies to see when they could come to help me figure out why my garage door was not opening. Precision was able to schedule something sooner, which was nice. Ian was very helpful when he arrived. He explained what was going on and what he needed to do to fix it. I would call them again in the future for any help needed with my garage!

I was only looking for an estimate for a new door. Ian was very professional and informative about the installation of the new garage door. The only topic we missed was the door's warranty; other than that, I'm happy with the information provided.
