I was only looking for an estimate for a new door. Ian was very professional and informative about the installation of the new garage door. The only topic we missed was the door's warranty; other than that, I'm happy with the information provided.

Our garage door was making a concerning snapping noise. Ian checked everything out and did a tuneup of both garage doors. He reassured us that everything is fine. We definitely will have Precision return for repairs and routine maintenance in the future.

Within an hour of my initial call, Ian called and was at my house to fix my broken spring Ian was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful and explained everything perfectly Was finished and cleaned up within a couple hours Will use them again if I every have problems

My garage door detached from the arm that pulls it up. I scheduled online in the evening for the following morning. Xavier fixed it very quickly and the price was reasonable. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Door works perfectly!

We selected your company based on the promise of quick response. At 3:00pm I called, was told that within 2 hours, a technician would arrive. Within 30 minutes he was here. He was able to temporarily fix the problem so that the door could be closed. We elected to order a new door with the new lift spring. My garage door opener finally gave out, which it was pretty old to begin with when I moved in. Dad and I looked around, and saw Precision Garage Door Service. I went on the website on Friday, and was able to get service done on Monday. Ian showed up, was very courteous, friendly, and very informative. He provided me all the information on the options, did the testing, and replaced the opener in a timely manner. Quick, responsive, helpful. Despite reversing our direction on the needing the work done. The plan changed from Saturday when called to today. So despite that we paid for call out fee which is understandable as its time.and money to come out. Basic maintenance was provided and requested an estimate to get an idea of the cost. Service was professional and at least i know the basic prices of what to expect at minimum. No complaints otherwise wishinh the call out fee was reduced due to special circumstances but still would recommend thia company for future garage issues.

I had searched Anji's list for someone to call after our garage door malfunctioned. Precision Garage Door was was highly rated so I gave them a call. They were able to send out a tech the next day. Ian was wonderful. He was helpful and passionate about what he does. He was able to repair our garage door. He did not try to upsell us or pressure us to replace it. I would happily use Precision Garage door again for my next garage door service needs.

I guess I paid to have a general door maintenance job as your rep oiled the rollers, tightened the chain/cable and to confirm my door is in really good shape for being 27 years old. My initial reason to have a garage door rep come to my home was a concern for the cable connected to the chain looked as if it was starting to fray, your technician did not spot my concern until I pointed it out to him. His visit took around 30 minutes. I would have been happy with the $85.00 technician service call fee, which was waived for the final bill total bill of $249.85. I thought this was way too expensive for the work done. I asked for a quote on a replacement chain and cable should I need one in the future and I was quoted a LIftmaster Trolley - Belt Drive for $152.95. I was told it would take 2-4 weeks to get a replacement chain/cable to replace the one currently being used but I really don't know what I'd get if I ordered what was quoted. Garage door spring broke and this was the first place I called. Read company reviews and "Ian" seemed like a hit. Scheduled an appointment and sure enough Ian showed up. He was very efficient with my time, explained everything clearly, gave plenty of options, and got right to work. Once done have me some educational advice and was on his way. Would 10/10 recommend this company again. Unsure how prices compare, but the quick service was worth it. I didn't even go 24 hours without my garage door working. Very appreciative to how the whole process was.

So, I needed a new garage door service company, and I could not be happier with the service I received today. I booked online and was able to pick a two-hour window that worked best for my, schedule. Xavier was on time and walked me through the process very professionally. I will be a return customer in the future. I took advantage of the Veterans discount Precision offers. Discounts are also available for first responders, educators, etc..
