I guess I paid to have a general door maintenance job as your rep oiled the rollers, tightened the chain/cable and to confirm my door is in really good shape for being 27 years old. My initial reason to have a garage door rep come to my home was a concern for the cable connected to the chain looked as if it was starting to fray, your technician did not spot my concern until I pointed it out to him. His visit took around 30 minutes. I would have been happy with the $85.00 technician service call fee, which was waived for the final bill total bill of $249.85. I thought this was way too expensive for the work done. I asked for a quote on a replacement chain and cable should I need one in the future and I was quoted a LIftmaster Trolley - Belt Drive for $152.95. I was told it would take 2-4 weeks to get a replacement chain/cable to replace the one currently being used but I really don't know what I'd get if I ordered what was quoted.
