Review:
Needed new springs. The technician and work done was good. Everything there was just fine. He was quick and knowledgeable. But the call center quoted me way less than it actually cost me, it was more than twice what the gal told me. I know they can’t give me an exact quote because of size and type of spring but it wasn’t even close. Even if it was a hundred to one fifty more I could understand. By the time the tech was out it would have cost me a $85 fee anyways so I just had them put in the springs. They claim they are lifetime warranty as long as I live in the house.
I would give the tech 5 stars. But I would give the call center and quote zero stars.
